The environmental teams completed 4,331 inspections. Of these visits, 3,378 targeted projects
               and industrial and service facilities. The Municipality uses a smart inspection system to plan and
               execute environmental monitoring tasks efficiently.

               Additionally, the Municipality organised a virtual awareness campaign to ensure businesses
               comply with environmental laws and regulations. This initiative aims to educate stakeholders
               about their responsibilities towards maintaining a sustainable environment.

               Marine Environment Inspections

               A total of 783 inspections focused on monitoring the marine environment. These included
               observing coastal regions and collecting sea samples to ensure compliance with environmental
               laws. Furthermore, there were 170 inspection visits as part of the natural reserves monitoring
               program in Dubai.

               Public Health Regulations
               The Municipality's teams made around 2,962 visits to enforce technical and health regulations
               strictly. Of these visits, 2,625 were to veterinary facilities and 337 to public health pest control
               companies. They issued 305 No Objection Certifications (NOCs) for veterinary activities and
               1,963 veterinary health certifications for export shipments.
               Animal Welfare Oversight

               Dubai Municipality addressed 3,305 reports concerning stray animals and non-compliance with
               animal welfare regulations. They also inspected approximately 160,402 slaughtered animals in
               Dubai’s slaughterhouses to ensure their safety for human consumption.

               The Municipality examined the arrival of 584,276 livestock and checked 465,445 tons of animal
               feed and food entering the Emirate through various entry points.
               Consumer Product Shipments

               The campaigns at ports evaluated over 17,000 shipments of consumer products weighing
               around 145,000 tons. These evaluations ensured that products met approved consumer
               specifications and requirements before entering the market.
               Legal Measuring Instruments

               The Dubai Central Laboratory inspected 13,600 legal measuring instruments such as tire
               pressure gauges and fuel meters. The conformity rate exceeded 99 percent for these
               instruments.

               said Dr. Naseem Mohammad Rafee. "We constantly strive to develop these sectors through
               monitoring to guarantee the highest standards of safety and quality of life in the Emirate."

               This extensive inspection effort by Dubai Municipality highlights its commitment to maintaining
               high standards in food safety, environmental protection, and public health across the Emirate.
