Tourism Delegation Launches UK Promotional Tour

The Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) is intensifying its efforts to promote Ajman as
a premier travel destination for British tourists, following a remarkable 9% increase in UK visitors in
2024. To further build on this momentum, His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Al Hashmi, Director
General of ATDD, is leading a high-profile promotional tour across the United
Kingdom from February 16 to 21, 2025.

The promotional tour aims to enhance Ajman’s position in the UK travel market, highlighting
the emirate’s distinctive tourism offerings, luxury accommodations, and diverse attractions. By
engaging with UK-based tourism stakeholders, travel agencies, and industry leaders, the
department hopes to forge strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities that will
contribute to sustained growth in British tourist arrivals.

Ajman’s Strategic Promotional Tour Across the UK
The tour delegation, headed by His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Al Hashmi, will visit key cities in
the United Kingdom, including Edinburgh, Newcastle, Reading, and London. The objective of these
visits is to build relationships with UK travel sector representatives, explore collaboration
opportunities, and introduce Ajman’s exceptional tourism offerings.
