Zero Bureaucracy Forum in Civil Aviation at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Dubai. The event, themed "A
Journey Towards the Future: Artificial Intelligence and Zero Bureaucracy in Aviation Services," was attended by Saif
Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the GCAA, alongside representatives from the UAE civil aviation sector and
government entities.
The forum highlighted significant efforts to achieve Zero Bureaucracy within the UAE's civil aviation sector. Key initiatives
included the launch of the GCAA Artificial Intelligence Strategy and a sustainable system for Zero Bureaucracy, developed
using AI technologies. These initiatives aim to streamline processes and enhance service delivery across the sector.
