The theme “Leading the Change, Creating the Future” underscores the UPU’s crucial role in guiding the global postal sector’s
evolution, honouring its legacy in cross-border communication while embracing transformation through digitisation,
innovation, and sustainability.

The newly revealed logo features a falcon, symbolising strength, reliability, and vision, alongside a stylised gateway that
represents openness to progress and the sector’s expanding role in global connectivity.

Together, the theme and logo embody a shared commitment to progress, regulatory reform, inclusive international cooperation,
and a renewed dedication to the multilateral values upheld by the UPU as a UN entity.

The Congress’s forward-looking agenda is also aligned with the UAE’s national strategy, ‘We the UAE 2031’, which seeks to
position the country as a global hub for the digital economy and smart services, while enhancing its influence within
international institutions and global events.
