The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) announced the pilot launch of a new
initiative, which aims to reduce the working hours of participating government entities during the
summer. In the pilot stage of the ‘Our Flexible Summer’ initiative, 15 government entities will
participate with an aim to improve workplace flexibility by reducing working time to seven hours and
