His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Chairman of EHRDC and

Director-General of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, emphasised

the Council’s commitment to fostering Emirati talent and strengthening partnerships with

the private sector to align with the UAE’s vision of a knowledge-based economy.

David Franks, Managing Director of Keolis MHI, highlighted the partnership’s role in

developing a skilled Emirati workforce for the smart transport sector. Amal Abdullatif,

Chief People Officer at Keolis MHI, encouraged eligible students to apply, noting that

future rail transport professionals will be key to shaping smart mobility in the UAE.
