The Emirates Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) has reinforced its collaboration with
Keolis MHI, the operator and maintainer of Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram, to deliver high-quality

training programs for university and Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) students. This initiative aims
to equip students with practical expertise and enhance their readiness for the evolving job market. The
partnership aligns with EHRDC’s commitment to developing Emirati talent and enhancing their role in
driving the UAE’s digital economy.

In 2024, Keolis MHI’s training initiative benefited 104 students, including 66 Emiratis, across various
fields. The program provided specialized training to meet the growing demands of the digital economy
