His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Chairman of EHRDC and Director-General of
the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, emphasized the importance of forging strong
partnerships with private sector companies to create new opportunities for Emirati professionals. He
stated: “At EHRDC, we are committed to fostering a sustainable, knowledge-based economy driven by
national expertise, technological innovation, and future industries.”
Abdulaziz Al Falahi, General Superintendent of Recruitment at EHRDC, echoed these sentiments,
highlighting the Council’s dedication to providing Emirati students with skills essential for excelling in
the competitive job market. He underscored the significance of practical training opportunities in key
sectors such as transportation and technology, ensuring that young Emirati talents are well-equipped
to drive economic growth and contribute to the UAE’s digital transformation.

testament to EHRDC’s mission of empowering national talent through hands-on training and
professional qualification courses. These training programs provide students with valuable
opportunities to refine their technical and professional skills, preparing them for future career

David Franks, Managing Director of Keolis MHI, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to nurturing
Emirati talent. He stated: “Our collaboration with EHRDC is instrumental in attracting, developing, and
retaining young Emirati professionals. We remain dedicated to creating an advanced training
environment that enhances students’ technical skills and strengthens their competitiveness in the
smart transport sector.”
Amal Abdullatif, Chief People Officer at Keolis MHI, highlighted the strategic role of rail transport’s next
generation in shaping the future of smart mobility. She announced: “For our 2025 intake, we are
pleased to offer 100 apprenticeship opportunities for Emirati students. With 14 students already
enrolled, we encourage aspiring candidates to apply.”
This partnership aims to provide specialized training programs that offer Emirati students hands-on
workplace experience, increasing their employability in the technology, transport, and infrastructure
sectors. The initiative underscores EHRDC’s commitment to strengthening public-private sector
collaboration and delivering premier training opportunities that empower Emirati youth to establish
