cadres to work in various administrative fields within the

sports industry. The program is consistent with the

‘Principles of the 50’ initiative and other governmental

efforts to encourage investments in human capital and

accelerate talent development.

The program features a range of lectures and

workshops on topics such as sports leadership, sports

organisations, sports regulations and laws, sports

diplomacy, international relations in sports,

communication, negotiation, and sports marketing.

During the inauguration, H.E. Saeed Abdul Ghaffar,

Secretary General of the General Authority of

Sports, said: “The program reflects our commitment to

supporting governmental directives and efforts to launch

transformative projects and initiatives that will effectively

contribute to shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

Additionally, through this program, we hope to improve

the participants’ competence, while also enhancing their
