Participants in this program must meet a number of

requirements, such as possessing a higher education

certificate and prior work experience in the sports

sector. In addition, the program will give participants the

chance to take advantage of numerous specialised

training courses that will further enhance their abilities.

The first day of the program began with a lecture on

sports leadership, by Dr. Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Member of

the Board of Directors of Al-Nasr Sports

Games Company. The session was followed by a

workshop, which was presented by H.E. Major General

Dr. Muhammad Al Murr, Director of the Dubai Police

Human Rights, President of the UAE Athletics

Federation, and Member of the Consultative Council of

the Emirate of Sharjah.
