Omar Abdul Rahman Al Ali, Director of the Sports

Leadership Centre at the General Authority of

Sports, said: “The ‘Sports Leadership Empowerment

Program’ will empower national cadres, develop their

capabilities, and broaden their knowledge on multiple

aspects of administrative work in the sports sector. This

will allow them to assume leadership roles in various

sports institutions at the local, continental, and

international levels, which will eventually contribute to
