Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding have announced their acquisition of
Enviroserve, an e-waste specialist. The companies will each hold an equal
stake in the company.

Established in 2004, Enviroserve has the region’s only integrated e-waste
processing hub spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Caucasus region.

Ali Al Dhaheri, managing director and CEO of Tadweer Group, stated, “Our
acquisition of Enviroserve underscores our commitment to investing in
innovative solutions and realising the potential of the circular economy.”
