Abu Dhabi’s Tadweer Group and investment company DUBAL Holding have inked
an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Enviroserve, an e-waste specialist. The

companies will have equal ownership of the shares. Established in 2004, Enviroserve
is the only integrated e-waste processing hub in the Middle East, Africa and Caucasus
region. The state-of-the-art facility is mainly prominent for its capacity to recycle
electronic waste in the region.

Expanding e-waste recycling capabilities
This acquisition of Enviroserve aims to enhance Tadweer Group’s sustainable waste
management operations and its e-waste recycling capabilities.

Commenting on the acquisition, Ali Al Dhaheri, managing director and CEO of
Tadweer Group, stated: “Agreements with like-minded organizations such as DUBAL
Holding are key to unlocking the potential of the circular economy.” Al Dhaheri
added that this collaboration with DUBAL Holding highlights the group’s

commitment to investing in alternative solutions and diverting waste from landfills.
