Tadweer Group and DUBAL Holding have signed an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of e-waste specialist

Enviroserve, in an equal share deal.

The teams

General counsel Seif Radwan Hijazi (pictured above) led Tadwer Group’s team. Willem Pretorius was the

responsible legal counsel for Dubal. Afridi & Angell worked as an advisor both for Tadweer and Dubal on the

transaction.
