Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, stated that the UAE is a major global aviation hub and

a leading producer of aviation fuel. He emphasised the country's dedication to promoting global collaboration and

innovative solutions that ensure responsible growth in harmony with climate goals. The programme aims to empower
future leaders and drive innovation within the aviation sector.

Al Mazrouei added that through TIPCAL and other national initiatives, the UAE reinforces its role as a trusted partner in
shaping sustainable aviation. This involves integrating advanced technology, environmental responsibility, and human

capital development to achieve long-term impacts.

Abdulla Nasser Lootah, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Knowledge Exchange, stressed that

the UAE’s achievements in civil aviation serve as a model for knowledge-sharing with other nations. TIPCAL provides an
open platform for collaboration, supporting growth in this essential sector.
