11/4/25, 8:10 AM Inside Forbes Middle East Women’s Summit 2025: Highlights You Don’t Want To Miss
In a heartfelt and candid fireside chat, Egyptian TV host Radwa El Sherbiny joined Faten
Zeineddine, Lebanese Producer and Presenter, for a conversation that delved into womanhood,

empowerment, courage. “When we talk about empowerment, we must move away from conflict

with men. I don’t want to be like them, nor compete with them. I just want my right to have my
identity, my space, my independence. True empowerment starts with economic independence. In my

country, we say: the one who owns her income owns her decisions. Once a woman is financially

independent, no one can control her, that’s when empowerment becomes real,” she added.

In a spotlight session, Maria Galabova, Founder and CEO of Keto Kartel, sat down with TV

Presenter Ajwaa Aljoudi for an engaging discussion on how smart lifestyle choices can drive both

wellness and success. “The biggest myth is that healthy means compromise,” Galabova said,
explaining that true wellness lies in finding the balance between premium, clean ingredients and

flavor. “You just need to find the right balance between premium and clean ingredients to end up
with a product that’s nourishing, tasty, and luxurious,” she added, challenging the misconception

that healthy food must be bland or restrictive.

In a panel on redefining healthcare leadership, visionary experts came together to explore how
innovation, resilience, and patient-centered care are reshaping the future of medicine. “Innovation is

no longer about bringing technology into healthcare. It’s about the impact we make in changing
people’s lives,” said Dr. Khadija Al Marashda, CEO of Seha Clinics, adding that empowering

patients to take charge of their health decisions is central to lasting transformation. She explained

how PureHealth launched Pura, a digital platform that integrates with wearables to provide real-time
health data, helping patients make informed choices. Dr. Malathi Arshanapalai, Group Chief

Medical and Quality Officer at Aster DM Healthcare, reflected on how quality and safety are being

        redefined through patient-centered care.

Majd Abu Zant, CEO of Global Fertility, discussed how innovation is improving fertility

outcomes, with success rates nearly doubling in the past decade. Yet, he noted that less than half of
those who need fertility care can access it, primarily due to cost, calling for stronger collaborations

between government and private sectors to expand access. Hesham Sabry, Managing Director of

MSD KSA, talked about the growing role of real-world evidence in shaping healthcare in Saudi
Arabia. He said, “Real-world evidence isn’t just data. It’s a strategic compass guiding us through the

        complexity of our healthcare system.”

In a discussion filled with passion and inspiration, Carla Abdel Malak, Presenter & Producer at ET
Bil Arabi, sat down with Youmna Khoury, Founder & CEO of Youmi Beauty, for a candid

discussion about beauty, ambition, and the journey of transforming passion into a tangible success
