7X, the holding group specializing in trade, transport, and logistics, has entered into a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with Emarat EV Charging Stations Company PJSC (UAEV), the inaugural
electric vehicle (EV) charging network entirely owned by the government of the United Arab Emirates.
This agreement was formalized during the GITEX GLOBAL 2025 event.

The MoU establishes a collaborative framework aimed at planning, deploying, operating, and promoting
EV charging infrastructure throughout the UAE. Its primary goal is to expedite the shift towards
environmentally sustainable fleets and enhance nationwide sustainable mobility solutions.

This agreement aligns with the UAE’s strategic vision to promote the widespread adoption of clean
transportation, achieve national sustainability goals, and incorporate digital innovation through ‘Wayn’,
the UAE’s secure digital P.O. Box. This platform serves as a reliable and efficient channel to improve
official customer communication and service delivery.
