Under the terms of the agreement, 7X will assist UAEV in accelerating EV adoption via its National
Network for Logistics (NXN) and logistics subsidiary EMX, capitalizing on its extensive network of
service branches and logistics centers across all emirates. The partnership will facilitate the creation of
integrated charging stations to optimize last-mile operations, minimize emissions, and bolster the EV
charging infrastructure in critical areas. Furthermore, this collaboration will promote the adoption of
sustainable practices within the logistics operations of 7X and its partners.

The partnership also aims to explore opportunities for additional services, such as integrating parcel
lockers at charging stations and developing smart mobility solutions to enhance customer convenience
and reinforce the value of the national EV charging network.

Tariq Al Wahedi, Group CEO of 7X, remarked, “This partnership reflects our commitment to advancing
the UAE’s transition to a sustainable low-emission economy while reinforcing its global position in
trade, transport and logistics. At 7X, the shift to environmentally friendly fleets and the adoption of
electric mobility solutions form the cornerstone of our long-term strategy to improve operational
efficiency, reduce emissions and contribute towards creating a globally competitive green economy.
Through this collaboration, we seek to establish a distinguished Emirati model that integrates innovation
with sustainability and supports the goals of the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision and the UAE’s Net Zero by
