Vision for the future
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of Dubai Airports, president of the
Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, and chairman and chief executive of Emirates Airline and Group
stated: “Dubai is proud to continue being at the forefront of the aerospace evolution, providing
greater connectivity and benefits to the world. Dubai Airshow is central to the growth and progress
of the industry, reshaping its boundaries and creating greater opportunities for global collaboration.
We anticipate an even bigger and better showcase in the 2025 edition, creating a new landscape of

Advanced Air Mobility as a key highlight at the show
As Dubai rapidly cements its status as a leader in future mobility, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM)
will be a focal point at the show. The emirate is setting global benchmarks with plans to introduce
flying taxis by 2026, revolutionizing urban transport through an advanced aerial taxi network. These
taxis, capable of carrying a pilot and four passengers at speeds of 320 kilometers per hour, will
transform urban navigation. Alongside AAM, the Airshow will highlight Dubai’s pioneering
initiatives in sustainability and space exploration, including the UAE’s Mars Mission and expanding
space programs that continue to inspire international innovation, reinforcing Dubai’s leadership in
shaping the future of the sector.
Over five exciting days, Dubai will be the epicentre for global leaders, propelling the industry
forward and showcasing cutting-edge technologies, visionary aircraft, and an exhilarating flying
display. An expanded exhibition hall of 8,000 square meters will accommodate the increasing
demands of the aerospace sector in the region.
