International SOS Al-Rushaid launches transformative
First Aid Training campaign to elevate workforce resilience
March 28, 2024: International SOS Al-Rushaid, a joint venture between International SOS, a
global leader in customised health, security risk management, and wellbeing solutions, and Al
Rushaid Group, a Saudi-owned company engaged in manufacturing, construction,
engineering, and other key sectors, launched a transformative campaign focusing on First Aid
Training in Saudi Arabia. The campaign comes in line with the organisation’s goal to
strengthen workforce resilience and contribute to employee wellbeing.
The First Aid Training campaign is a strategic investment in employee development and staff
retention. The initiative has been curated with an aim to empower employees with key life-
saving skills, transcending the mere reduction of the frequency and impact of health and
security incidents.
Furthermore, the campaign has been designed to equip participants with vital skills to manage
the initial moments after an accident. By fostering a culture of preparedness, the campaign
seeks to help businesses not only to reduce the frequency and impact of accidents, but also
contribute to the development of their workforce. These efforts will further aid in improving
staff retention, supporting business continuity, safeguarding reputation and addressing legal
liability risks.
