1. No Refunds On Salik Balances

Under the new rules, no Salik account balance or part of the balance will be refunded to the user or
transferred to another Salik account. Make sure to manage your account balance carefully as there are no
refunds available.

2. Contesting Toll Violations

Motorists can contest a toll violation if it has been posted in their traffic file within the last 13 months
from the date of the violation. This means you have over a year to dispute any incorrect charges.
