Dubai is set to welcome a new shopping mall in Sobha Realty’s Hartland development by the late
2026. This Dh210 Million project marks Sobha’s debut in the retail sector.
The upcoming mall will feature a 339,000 Sqft. built-up area, offering 115,000 Sqft. of leasable
space for 35 outlets, including over 10 dining options. As Dubai continues to expand its residential
