Sobha Realty has begun construction on a groundbreaking community mall at its flagship Sobha

Hartland development in Dubai, set to open in the second half of 2026. This innovative project,
estimated to cost AED 210 million ($57 million), aims to merge retail vibrancy with urban serenity,
offering an exceptional experience for both residents and visitors.

Ravi Menon, Co-Chairman of Sobha Group, expressed his excitement about the new venture,

stating,

"We are thrilled to introduce our new mall, which epitomizes our enduring commitment to
enhancing living experiences for our residents. This project highlights our vision of creating

integrated, community-centric spaces that blend convenience with multi-tier retail stores,
