The mall, boasting a built-up area of approximately 339,000 square feet and a gross leasable area of
about 115,000 square feet, will host an array of amenities. These include a supermarket, gym, play
courts, a soft play/entertainment zone, and a variety of dining options. The development will feature 35
retail shops and dining outlets, establishing it as a new gastronomic hub in the community.

Sobha Realty’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in the mall's design, which incorporates
greenery, water features, natural lighting, energy-efficient systems, solar panels, and green building
materials. The inclusion of a skylight roof will allow natural light to flood the interior, enhancing the
overall ambiance and supporting plant growth.
