               Here’s what we’ll cover:


        •  how many meals you should probably be eating


        •  when to eat relative to when you train


        •  special considerations for macro timing

        In that order as well.


               If you are one that is already struggling to gain control of your diet,

        then perhaps you shouldn’t yet be worried about this section. If you make it

        too difficult then you will fail every time. Afterall, the best diet is the one
        you stick to.
