CHAPTER 6: ASSOCIATE BENEFITS
Associates can take advantage of other discount purchases through LifeMart – an ADP business partner, which is accessible on ADP under the Myself/Benefits/Employee Discounts - LifeMart section of the portal. This benefit is designed to help make life a little more affordable and fun – with national and local brands easily recognizable. LifeMart provides 24-hour access to real savings on day-to-day essentials such as eating out, cell phones, school supplies, groceries, and major expenses such as travel, car or home purchases, senior care, etc. Associate Experience may be contacted for more details or if you are a business owner and want to participate in Post’s associate retail discount program.
TRAURIG LIBRARY & LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER

The Traurig Library and Learning Resource Center offers a wide-ranging array of services to associates including computerized bibliographic searches, photocopying of journal articles, and interlibrary loan services including electronic document delivery. While there are no fines charged for overdue materials, associates (like all other patrons) will be charged the replacement cost of non- returned material after their receipt of repeat overdue notices. Please go to the library’s information page. Related questions may be emailed to library@post.edu.
TUITION REDUCTION BENEFIT
As an institution of higher learning, Post University is equally driven to invest in the future of both its associates and its students. The University’s exceptional Associate Tuition Reduction Benefit Policy is a prime example of this commitment. This benefit provides eligible regular full- timers (90% tuition discount) and part-timers (50% tuition discount). Spouses/domestic partners and dependent children (under the age of 26) of eligible associates may also take advantage of this benefit. Tuition discount benefit is offered for both undergraduate, graduate, doctorate, and certificate programs either online or on- campus. The application, eligibility criteria, exclusions, tax implications, and other terms and conditions of the benefit are outlined in a separate, detailed version of the Associate Reduction Tuition Benefits Policy, which can be accessed on the University’s ADP.
Use of this benefit is subject to advance supervisory approval and may not detract from an associate’s regular schedule work time or performance in their normal
role. When an associate separates from Post, eligibility to continue participation in this benefit is terminated at the end of the term in which the associate ends employment. This provision applies to the associate and the associate’s spouse, significant other and/or dependents who were also utilizing this benefit prior to the associate’s separation.
At Post University, equipping others to develop into the best they can be makes our organization a special place to work, learn, grow, and have fun.
TUITION EXCHANGE
At Post, making personalized, career dreams come
true is at the core of all we do for students and our associates. In pursuit of this objective, non-traditional solutions including generous educational assistance is embedded in our strategies. For example, Post offers
a Tuition Exchange benefit that provides full-time associates and their dependents the opportunity to apply for scholarships at more than 700 participating universities and colleges nationally. While scholarships are not guaranteed, Post associates and dependents who qualify are able to enjoy more affordable education with substantially reduced financial indebtedness.
If approved for a scholarship, most applicants are awarded full tuition, excluding room and board and fees. For more information on the Tuition Exchange benefit, please visit the website at www.tuitionexchange.org. A list of frequently asked questions may be assessable on ADP under the Resources/Company Information/FAQs section of the portal. This exciting benefit is another example of Post’s commitment to assist each associate (and their dependents) in achieving their career goals and full potential.
REFERRAL BONUS
Our associates are our best recruiters and we encourage you to refer qualified friends and relatives to apply for available openings on our website. The University offers regular full-time associates a referral bonus of $500 (taxable as normal) for each full-time referral that is hired by the University and successfully completes an initial 90-days of employment. The referable bonus will be $250 (taxable as normal) for part-time associates
or Associate Faculty referrals. The referring associate must be actively employed at time of payout. Please contact Associate Experience for more information about Post openings and how to take full advantage of this benefit as often as you can. Post values your knowledge, understanding, and appreciation for what it takes to join the Post team of talented professionals.
