ASSOCIATE RELIEF FUND
Post’s commitment to provide exceptional wellness support for its associates is demonstrated in a variety
of non-traditional ways that you will learn about as you review this Handbook. As a recent addition, in response to associate feedback, Post has established an Associate Relief Fund for associates who are experiencing financial hardships such as family member loss of income, high extreme medical bills, or housing eviction avoidance.
Associates may apply by clicking on the ‘apply here’ button in the associate relief fund flyer found on ADP under ‘Benefits Quick Links/Associate Relief Fund’.
Here’s how the benefit works:
• Requests are screened via a blind review process – applicants’ identity is kept confidential.
• Decisions are made by a small team of peers and communicated to the applicant within two business days.
• All dollars from the fund are tax free.
• Monies granted are not repayable – the benefit is not a loan.
• Approved requests are distributed as direct deposits.
Associates may also donate to the fund so that even more associates may be able to take advantage of this assistance. To date, Post has contributed a growing amount of over $200,000 to support its associates facing personal financial crisis situations.
