This year’s new artworks come from Saelia Aparicio, Adam Farah-Saad, Olu

Ogunnaike, some woman called Yoko Ono (who also has her Tate show on
at the moment, don’t forget), and Martin Parr, and the live programme is

juicy as hell, from a weekend of events celebrating the 100th birthday of
writer and activist James Baldwin and a fifth anniversary night of
readings from Stormzy’s #Merky Books imprint, to a concert in the Concrete

Concert Hall with all seven (count ’em) of the Kanneh-Mason siblings, and
the return of the brilliant Multi-Storey Orchestra and the Bold Chorus.

I’ve got to winnow down my list of what to see, but I’m definitely want to

see the incredible choreographer Oona Doherty’s show, Wall, with the
National Youth Dance Company, and the Multi-Story Orchestra’s new work

Bottled Up, which is about the intense feeling of being ready to explode at
any moment. Something we can all relate to.
