With the Naples Philharmonic Youth Symphonia March 30
An up-close concert with instrument demonstrations, this free performance is a great
way for families to learn more about string instruments and music-making. For youth
ages 3-9, this Magic Carpet concert features musicians from the Naples
Philharmonic Youth Symphonia performing a 45-minute program while
demonstrating their instruments and answering questions.

By any definition, music moves. Music moves through time and space, from high to
low, filling the spaces between harmonies, timbres and textures. Music can also
move our emotions and compel our bodies to move and create dance. Join the
Naples philharmonic and local 4th grade students who have prepared the concert
repertoire in voice, playing the recorder and movement!

An up-close performance with in- strument demonstrations and music performed by
percussionists from the Naples Philharmonic. This free concert is a great way for
young students to learn fun facts about the percussion family of instruments,
including shaking, scraping and striking instruments like the maracas, guiro, drums
and many more!
