There are plenty of other Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra Christmas
treats in store for our audiences this year. We head to 1950s New York on
Saturday 10 December for a Swingin’ Christmas – two concerts of Big Band
seasonal favourites, starring phenomenal vocalists, Kerry Ellis and Matt Ford.

Then, Santa Claus himself is throwing a party at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall!
Liverpool Philharmonic Children’s Choirs will join the Orchestra for Singalong with
Santa , our magical family concerts on Saturday 17 December and Sunday 18
December.

Our much-loved annual Spirit of Christmas concerts, featuring the Royal Liverpool
Philharmonic Choir and Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir, will be presented by
new host Kadiatu Kanneh-Mason. They’ll feature something for everyone –
Christmas carols, audience singalongs, and Liverpool Philharmonic’s Artist in
Residence, the sensational trumpeter Pacho Flores, will join the celebration!

New Year’s Eve promises to be a real hit, as we welcome 2023 in style with an
evening of Motown Classics. Finally, beat the January blues by joining us for our
annual performance of Handel’s rousing Messiah on Saturday 7 January.
