Isata Kanneh-Mason returns to childhood

The British pianist's new album is called Childhood Tales and features the most famous
piano pieces for children.
Twenty-seven-year-old pianist Isata Kanneh-Mason comes from one of Britain's most popular
musical families. The most famous of her siblings is her younger brother - cellist Sheku Kanneh-
Mason, with whom Isata recorded a joint album of cello and piano by Sergei
Rachmaninov and Samuel Barber, released by Decca last year.
For this label, Isata continues to record, this time solo. On May 26, she released an album
called Childhood Tales and is dedicated to piano pieces related to children and childhood. The CD
