ANTRIX CSR Committee has approved various
R&D projects related to COVID-19 under CSR.
Preventive Measures
(for the Organisation and Employees)
Several preventive measures have been undertaken
at ANTRIX. An SOP based on Government
guidelines have been drawn and circulated among
all employees to be followed for resuming work
after lockdown period.

Objectives
In view of the outbreak of COVID-19 and in order
to contain and control the spread of the same, this
SOP is being evolved to adopt a safe work procedure
after lockdown period.
Applicability
This SOP shall be applicable to ANTRIX Corporate
Office.
Coverage:
This SOP shall cover all
• All employees
• Contract Manpower
• Consultants
• Trainees/ Interns
• Auditors
• Suppliers/ contractors
• Visitors
• Security staff
• All persons entering the office premises shall be
subjected to mandatory thermal screening. Any
person with temperature more than 99 degree
Celsius shall not be allowed entry and shall be
advised to contact the health officials for further
tests.
• All persons shall wear face masks.
• Based on the Government Orders, all employees
and other manpower are required to download
Aarogya Setu App in their smart phone and
exhibit their status to the security personnel for
entry or otherwise into the premises.
• Persons entering the premises shall use hand
sanitizers that are kept at the reception area
for disinfection purpose or wash their hands
with soap & water, prior to proceeding to their
work spots.
