shelter/ Medical support to address health crisis

POWERGRID has supported the needy people
through its various CSR activities. Some of the major
CSR activities undertaken by POWERGRID in this
regard are:

Distribution of ration/meal packets

Distribution of PPE kits/Masks/Sanitizers

POWERGRID provided financial assistance to State
Govts. for distribution of PPE kits/mask/sanitizer
and has also distributed these items to Construction
laborers/needy persons/District Authorities/Police
Personnel/ Govt. Hospitals etc. to promote hygiene
and for protection against COVID-19. So far, more
than 11,000 PPE kits, 3.36 lakh masks, 29,000 gloves
