So I looked over at Jack,
And Jack looked back at me.
We both knew that we
Had to climb that tree.
Jack went up fi rst,
And I was right behind.
I wanted to go fi rst,
But I was trying to be kind.
Then we climbed up into the clouds,
Until we could barely see.
It seemed like a dream, to Jack and me.
When we fi nally thought we had to stop,
Jack yelled out, “I can see the top”
Then we saw a giant
Castle far, far, away.
And a twisting wooden road
That showed us the way.
I knew what Jack was thinking,
Because I was thinking it too.
We had to see the castle,
Even if it took an hour or two.
