ing: Cotton white muslin. Edge: Yellow binding 3 /8" on each side and applied by hand. Piecing: Curved
pieces by hand; nine-patches by machine. Quilting: By hand, 6-8 tiny stitches per inch. Condition: Very
good. The top has no flaws. There are areas of brown age staining on the back. Comment: It’s a homely
quilt, but the workmanship is exquisite. Being very thin, it has a nice feel.
