chase in 2012. 68"x82" Fabric: Cotton. Batting: None; a summer quilt. Backing: White cotton. Edge: Prairie
points (not shown) attached by machine to the front, by hand in the back. Piecing: By machine. Quilting: By
hand in a 1" grid throughout the patches containing the red motifs; cables in sashes and borders, stitching
at 12 stitches per inch. Condition: Very good. There is very slight yellowing along a center fold line on the
front. Comment: This is a popular pattern for friendship quilts; this one is unmarked. The seller joked that
perhaps the maker had no friends. There is a number printed on the front near a corner: E12-S161C.
