TCI Management Consultants
TCI is a Canadian management consulting firm formed in 1992 with offices in Ontario and British Columbia. TCI offers a full range of strategic planning and related services with a core focus on the cultural sector.
Our principals (Jon Linton and Greg Young), along with our associate (Steven Thorne) have more than 120 years of collective experience in projects involving municipal cultural planning and development; cultural tourism; cultural district development; planning for museums and galleries, botanical gardens, libraries, archives, science centres and zoos; feasibility studies for cultural venues and heritage sites; along with economic impact studies on arts and culture.
The firm has an extensive track record of working with municipalities, economic development agencies, cultural agencies and organizations, destination marketing organizations, downtown business associations, industry associations, developers, private industry, and all levels of government. We have worked extensively throughout Canada, the US, and the Caribbean. Professional staff are members of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Canadian Institute of Planners.
