Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.

Lady Vivien Coe Richard was the quintessential Top Lady. Her demeanor, deportment and conduct was always above
reproach. Our remembrances of her can be reflected in one word: class. Always impeccably dressed, kind, gracious,
approachable and prepared, this Top Lady represented herself, her family and Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. in the
most excellent manner possible.
Serving with her in Top Ladies was an honor and a privilege. She served with distinction as the 9th National President
of our beloved organization. She was our “Soaring” National President as the theme for her administration was
“Soaring to New Heights of Service, Fulfilling the Dream . . . Enhancing the Vision”. And “soar” she did! In addition
to serving as the 9th National President, she was selected as the Top Lady of the Year for 1989. Further, TLOD hon-
ored her service and dedication by naming its signature youth program, the “Vivien Coe Richard Top Teens Academy”.
“Once, twice, three times a lady”. We will always remember Lady Vivien as the lady you wanted to be like when you
grew up. She touched our lives in a warm, unique and special way. We trust that the Lord has welcomed his good and
faithful servant home.
