of America, the exemplary service performed by the membership, reflected in Top
Ladies In The News, news on the organizations programs and projects, area confer-
ences, national conventions (SynLod) and remembering Top Ladies and Lords in
the Memoriam section of this newsmagazine.
Moving into the new year of 2018, the publication of The Scepter will continue to
embrace the mission and goals of this awesome organization. Thank you again,
