Facility Management is committed to providing a clear path forward that inspires our teams to
SOAR to the next level.
Each of us must step forward to accomplish this goal in achieving our very own LEARNING
CULTURE. The Goal of the Leadership Learning Bridge (LLB) is to support Succession Planning by
providing an additional opportunity for anyone within Facilities aspiring to one day obtain a
Leadership position. We highly encourage our teams to take advantage of the LEADERSHIP
LEARNING BRIDGE and obtain their Leadership Star!
The Leadership Star is your entry to the PD Path for the level of Tier Leadership you Aspire to.
In order to lead as 1 team, we must Create Leaders from every division and central office members
of Facilities.
