ABOUT WINGS CRS, INC.

WINGS CRS 10 Year Mission Objectives

Provide a primary Rapid Response Mission team of over 10,000 full time trained
employees and 10,000 highly trained volunteers all expertly cross-trained in their

fields, which will be deployed rapidly from strategic regional operations centers to
respond to mitigate catastrophic events including nuclear and biological disasters.

Establish a Disaster Reduction Mission through our Constructed Services Division
with the goal to reduce or even eliminate potential catastrophe effects in disaster
prone populated areas.

Develop a going Medical Services Mission to meet health concerns in developing

third world nations with highly skilled medical teams aboard our fleet of hospital
aircraft.

Create an ongoing Educational Services Mission providing for the education of both
medical professionals and medical students, trade craftsmen and teaching profes-
sionals in developing nations allowing the creation of new jobs and productivity.

Research and Development Mission will design, test and implement new technolo-

gies to enhance disaster prevention, recovery and response work.

Incorporate other disaster recovery teams into WINGS and provide training and

assistance to independent disaster and humanitarian aid groups.
