        ABOUT WINGS CRS, INC.

Before Any Catastrophe Strikes, Wings is already at work!

Forming partners around the world in Catastrophe Rapid Response

Every nation will be invited to become an alliance partner with WINGS CRS. Our in-house team of Gov-
ernment Liaisons will represent Wings CRS as our ambassadors to the nations. Each representative team
will consist of a lead presenter, legal counsel, aviation experts, civil and geological engineers, disaster
planners, security and medical experts who will all meet with both each nation's and regions disaster
           management organizations.

WINGS CRS civil and structural engineering and planning staff will carefully review the specific disaster
potential threats for that nation, assess the available resources and devise a response strategy should
any likely disaster occur in that nation. Once WINGS is recognized by each nation, agreements will be
formed, communications protocols will be established along with the sharing of infrastructure data and
maps will be provided and a response plan filed which will be overseen by a National Response Coordi-

nator team who will be assigned to the new member nation.

Partners in Disaster Reduction through Wings Constructed Solutions

WINGS CRS’ National Response Coordinator teams will continue further their work supported by Wings
Constructed Solutions, a division of Wings CRS which consists of a team of civil engineers , architects,
planners, and estimators who will develop solutions to eliminate the effects by the type of specific
disasters prone to each of our member nations.

Partnering with allied governments, Wings believe these projects are important not only to save lives
and property within the host country, but that these projects once they are completed will also reduce
or eliminate the reoccurring economic burden on both regional and global economies. It only would only
take a few major natural disasters occurring within a short span of time especially if they occur in major
populated and highly industrialized regions vital to world commerce to then adversely affect or even
           collapse the world’s economy.

Once these disaster reduction solutions are approved by the member country, WINGS CRS will assist
the member country in structuring, and securing the necessary funding for the project and initiate the
necessary construction processes with Constructed Solutions and local and international contractors.
