We offer a computer upgrade program, providing a hassle-free nationwide collection, delivery, or swap-

erasing all disk drives, and providing a certificate of compliance with regulations.

decommissioning and retiring end-of-life IT equipment. Our solution manages all aspects of the IT lifecycle,
including transportation, identification, testing, repair, data sanitisation and value recovery.
ITAD is more than just recycling e-Waste, a good sustainability plan should include the reselling of tested,
working IT assets and parts.

Circular Economy

We distribute CRS™ equipment to the retail trade with a 12-month warranty. Annually, our ISO accredited IT
refurbishment factory CRS® WORX processes more than over 29 788 tier 1 laptops, desktops and servers
manufactured by Dell™, HP™ and Lenovo™. We participate in projects that supply computers to IT refresh
programs, delivering on functionality while maintaining a low cost.

Our refurbished products are especially popular in South Africa’s call centre environments, exceeding the
requirements and functionality required by this industry. CRS™ computers are also ideal for schools, learning
centres and CSI program.

Continuous Lifecycle Solutions

We help clients reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by providing an end-to-end solution for their IT Asset
requirements. Through our partnership with Merchant West, Xperien will facilitate the full IT Asset Lifecycle -
from acquisition to finance, management, and disposal.
In Continuous Lifecycle Solutions, there are a few key steps we consider during the IT Hardware Acquisition
process. These are:
• Client sources new assets via chosen supplier or via Xperien
• Xperien buys a client’s old assets which can be used as a “Trade-In”
• We are also suppliers of Certified Refurbished Systems (CRS), clients can purchase laptops and

desktops that provide 80% of the performance level of a new machine but at a cost which is up to
75% less than a new machine.
