On medical aid, not all staff are on the company’s medical aid scheme. Relying on overburdened healthcare
services could result in bad health and prolonged sick leave.

Xperien has had fewer sick days, a total of (82) in 2020 compared to (120) in 2019. During the reporting
period, the weighted average number of sick days per employee was 2,34 days compared to the 5,61 days
in 2019. A variation of 3,27 days per employee shows that the general health and wellbeing of our staff is
good, and this has resulted in fewer workdays missed.

                  Security Risks

Cyberattacks present security risks such as ransomware. We mitigate this risk by moving most of our data
to the cloud. In addition, we use antivirus and anti-malware software to ensure that we are protected from
                  security risks.

Burglary and robbery are mitigated by 3 layers of security, 24/7/365 static guards, business patrols and
armed response. We mitigate theft by conducting regular stock counts as well as through access controls
                  and static guards.

Transportation Security is a logistical risk managed by the company’s executive. Management keeps the
schedules a secret until time of departure.

                  Operational Risks

We continue to develop processes and procedures to protect our client’s data from data breaches.
The difficulty in getting skilled labour, especially in the sales department, affects potential growth of the
company. This is actively being resolved by an aggressive recruitment drive that has seen our sales force
                  increase by 300%.
