Logistics
Our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 has regular internal and external audits.
Part of our management of logistics involves logging trucking mileage. We maintain a fleet of 4 vehicles of
varying sizes to help reduce the cost of outsourcing couriers.
In line with keeping up with our sustainability agenda and fulfilling SDG 13: Climate Action, we refresh our
fleet every 7 years.
We aim to log emissions in future to ensure that our progress towards carbon neutrality is recorded.
Product Development and Marketing
We enhance our supplies by removing or reversing manufactures’ planned obsolescence. By replacing
capacitors, we extend the machines lifespan.
