Our Contribution to Carbon Sequestration

During the reporting period, our Continuous Lifecycle Solutions have seen us contribute to Carbon Sequestration by saving an equivalent
of 26 250 000 kgCO e from being discharged into the environment. The amount of CO we saved is equivalent to CO absorbed by 157 185

trees over a year.
A baseline assessment of making a new laptop, desktop or server amount to 266 kgCO e.

In refurbishing a used laptop, desktop and server, Xperien’s uses about 3,5 kgCO e. This amount encapsulates logistics to our HQ,

processing and redistribution.

By purchasing a desktop, laptop or server refurbished by Xperien instead of purchasing a brand-new one, a customer will avoid 262,5
kgCO e worth of emissions.

Energy Consumption

Year on year, we strive to reduce our usage of grid-tied power. We currently use solar power from 105 solar panels, which produce
about 7 772,16 kWh per month. Our power consumption from the grid averages around 334,2 kWh per day and a 28-day average
consumption from the grid is about 8 021 kWh. During the reporting period, we have been able to rely on off-grid solutions for 49% of
our total electrical energy consumption.
Moving forward, we intend to reduce our reliance on the grid by installing more solar panels together with a battery system. Our 2030
target is to reduce our energy spend by 100%. We are adherent to SDG 7, which promotes the use of clean energy alternatives.
