➢ Restoration of MMTS trains:

• After cancellation of MMTS trains from 22.03.2020, 10 MMTS trains
were partially restored from 23.06.2021 and additionally 45 MMTS
services were restored in the month of July 2021.

• Passengers were guided to follow all the instructions given by the
Government of India on COVID-19 protocol such as Social
distancing, wearing masks, sanitizers etc.

➢ Restoration of Unreserved express trains:

• 28 Unreserved trains and 2 reserved trains were restored in the
month of July 2021 and most of the unreserved trains were started

from 19.07.2021.

• In view of restoration of Unreserved Express trains, it was ensured
that all the UTS equipment (ATVMs, CoTVMs, UTS -Thinclients etc.)
were kept in proper working condition to issue tickets to the
travelling passengers from 19.07.2021.

• Issuing of platform tickets was restored at all the stations over SC
division.

• Diversions and cancellations of trains are regularly informed to
passengers through announcements and display boards at all the

stations.

➢ Passenger Initiatives:

• Masks were distributed to the passengers at all major stations over
SC division.

• Food packets were distributed at major stations with the help of
charitable trusts, volunteer organizations welfare associations.

• From 18.05.2021 to 23.05.2021 nearly thousand meals per day at
SC station and 100 to 250 meals in other stations were distributed
to the passengers.
