• Two Virtual meetings with BDU team were conducted by Sr
DCM/SC on 5.10.21 and 21.10.21. Three Virtual meetings with BDU
team were conducted by DRM/SC & Sr DCM/SC on 14.09.21,
21.09.21 and 28.09.21.

• 1VPH contract of 02721/22 commence from 27.08.2021
contractual value of Rs 44 crores

• VP tenders for 2 trains 02704 (SC-SHM) and 02721 (HYB-NZM) are

opened. 2 bids received for 02704 LOA issued total value of the
contract for round trip 40.37 cr. For 02721 - 1 bid received LOA
issued total value of the contract for round trip is 44.59cr.

• New Module of E Forwarding note has been introduced in PMS
and Parcel customers are encouraged to opt E forwarding note

as it eases the booking process and also reduces Railway burden
for verification of credentials of the customer.

• CCTVs were installed at KMT Parcel office during September’21
(Installed at WL, KZJ, HYB during August’21.)

➢ Kisan Specials:

• Due to sustained efforts of Division Since one year, transportation
of mango traffic commenced from13.04.2021. Total 8 Rakes of
Mangoes-4107 tons booked from LPJL-ANDI, raking in Rs 1.70crs
total revenue in the month of April ‘21. The above traffic included
78tons of Musk Melon which is totally new traffic.
