testing was carried out by DM&HO/WGL of Telangana State
government. A total of 774 members are tested for COVID-19 from
06.04.2021 to 12.04.2021 (including family members of positive
cases). The health condition of COVID positive staff is regularly
monitored by the respective supervisors.

4. SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

1. Test Stands for CCB 1.5 and CCB 2.0 system

HHP locos are provided with CCB 1.5 and CCB 2.0 air brake
system. Conventionally, the valves and LRU’s are tested on loco
alongwith other testing as no test stands were avaiable. Testing on
locomotive consumes more time and is a laborious process.
Hence, test stands were fabricated in-house with available men
and material. These test stands reduce man power and precious
time for testing the valves/LRUs (Line replaceable Units) separately
enabling component level attention .
