D). Running of Special Trains:

                147 Oxygen specials were run in SC Division
                45 trains have terminated at SNAG/CSTN which carried 4166.69 Mt
                   of oxygen

                32 train have passed through SC Division which carried 3307.55 Mt of
                   oxygen

                42 Kisan specials (Mango) have originated from LPJL station to ANDI
                   station.

                02 Kisan specials (Onions) have originated from MLY station to NJP
                   station.

                   4. SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS:

               i.  New works/ sidings commissioned in 2021-22:-
                   A. Commissioning of PTKP station with Electronic Interlocking (EI)
                       and VDU panel – 24.04.2021.

                   B.  Commissioning  of  third  line  between  KOLR  -  PTKP  stations
                       (8.93 Kms) - 24.04.2021.

                   C. Sanctioned  work  of  development  of  freight  terminal  at  WL
                       under planhead-1600 completed on 30.04.2021.

                   D. Provision of second line connectivity from FCI/RDM to GDK-6
                       siding  (Deposit  work  of  SCCL  for  Rs.3.6Crores)  was

                       commissioned on 31.07.21.
                   E.  Commissioning  of  Bye-pass  line  at  MTMI  station  KZJ  end

                       connecting JPTN branch line -05.09.21.
               ii.  Coaching Guards working system
                   a) Saved 17 Guards per Fortnight equal to 2.43 Guards per day
                         at LPI by implementing change of Guards working system:
                        1.  By utilising the services of incoming Guards of the T No.

                        Narasapur,  Narayanadri  and  Hamsafar  express  without
                        violating duty hours prescribed as per HOER rules.
                        2.  Made Changes in coaching Guards links of Coconada
                        Express from SC depot to BZA depot.

                   b)  Guards  working  system  of  T.No.07049/07050  (HYB-PRLI-HYB)
                        were  shared  between  SC  and  BIDR  depot  by  utilising  two
                        Guards from each depot. By implementing extended crew
                        run utilising only SC depot Guard from HYB-PRLI & PRLI-HYB
                        saved  two  Guards  per  day  without  violating  duty  hours
                        prescribed  as  per  HOER  rules.  Savings  of  24  lakhs  per

                        annum.
